So what is it exactly that Reg and his company do? Ahem… the first rule of fight club – you don’t talk about fight club. I can’t believe you already broke the first two rules! My bad, I kind of led you into that trap. Look, I’m not even entirely sure what Reg does. What I do know, however, is that people listen when the man speaks. First, let’s take a historical look at the meaning behind his nom de plume, Zaibatsu, to give you a perspective on what he’s all about.

According to Wikipedia – Zaibatsu is a Japanese term referring to industrial and financial business conglomerates in the Empire of Japan, whose influence and size allowed for control over significant parts of the Japanese economy. So, basically, he’s the Godfather of Social Media.

What you might not know, and what I find to be one of his most endearing qualities, is that he engages with people from all walks of life.
